Purple Sweet Potato Coconut White chocolate with roasted black and white sesame seeds.
This is an homage to one of my favorite countries, the Philippines, and its national desert, ube (purple sweet potato). Flavor profile is mild and gentle, from the combination of coconut and purple sweet potato. Add in a roasted sesame crunch for balance.
