Shipping policy

Shipping chocolate under the hot South African sun is not an easy feat. Through painful trials and errors we have found our current shipping partner, who is willing and able to fulfill our orders without breaking or melting them. We take great care in packaging our products to make sure they arrive as fresh and as soon as possible on your doorstep. This is why the shipping costs are not comparable to your Takealot or other big ecommerce sites. Quality of the experience and of the goods received is a lot more important than finding the cheapest common denominator.

Orders will be fulfilled within a 24-hour time-frame for all major centers, bar different communication.

Outlying areas timings will be confirmed on an individual bases.
